James Partners Lawyers is boutique legal practice based in Melbourne, Victoria, and is operated by Tom Mutavdzija who is the the principal of the firm.  He is also a Notary Public. 

 

Tom has over 20 years legal experience and has previously worked in the Melbourne CBD for a major mid-tier Australian law firm as a senior associate and previously for other CBD based commercial legal firms.

 

Once we are retained to act, Tom will be acting exclusively in your matter from its inception to its conclusion meaning that your matter will not be bounced around from one legal practitioner to another.

We understand that due to other commitments, many clients are unable to meet during working hours. We can meet clients outside of business hours, on weekends and at your premises if necessary.
